The spectacular white-sand beach is right in your front yard at this gulf-front condo located in the heart of Gulf Shores. This is the perfect place to wake up with the sunrise each morning and spend your days swimming in the Gulf of Mexico and the beachfront pool or watching the dolphins and pelicans play.

This roomy condo is located on the second floor of Buena Vista, an oceanfront property with gated access to the beach. It's a truly fantastic location only half a mile from Gulf Shores Parkway, giving you easy access to Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and within walking distance of a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

Relax on the private, spacious balcony, where you can sit in comfortable rocking chairs, simply admiring the commanding view of the beach, the pool, and the gulf below. Or chill inside on the brand-new couches which include a sleeper sofa and a reclining loveseat. The condo sleeps eight comfortably.

Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a private washer/dryer for your convenience, and a 65” smart TV with streaming apps in the living room and cable TVs in the bedrooms. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided as well.

Fun at the beach
The roominess is very nice. Big kitchen; well appointed, big rooms, nice dining area, big patio. New furniture. Called management about a few things and they fixed them well and in a timely manner. Had a very nice comfortable stay.

2024 Early Family Spring Break
We loved this property! Right on the beach and facing the beach gave us great balcony views and ocean sounds at night! We had 3 daughters, my mom, husband and myself and we had plenty of space. Kitchen only has tools, no spices or coffee pods so prepare to bring your own other than that and, we’d definitely stay here again. On the beach and close to fun restaurants and shops!

Perfect family of 4 beach home away from home
The home was spacious & nice/new. Everything was clean. You could just go down the elevator or stairs and walk out to the beach from your own gate. Pool was nice & clean too. Small building was nice, it was quiet & not too crowded on the beach. Could walk to one or two restaurants, otherwise not much right next to the property. Only flaw was that I couldn't log onto the wifi... although the TV streamed Prime just fine. We will stay here every time we come.

Beautiful condo
Love this condo. You can’t beat the view! So tastefully decorated and well kept. Housekeeping has changed though. Floors were very dirty and need a good mopping, not just sweeping. Towels are so worn and thin and toilet paper was like tissue paper. We stayed here in Feb and the housekeeping decline was definitely noticed.

Great view, very spacious, and clean!
This condo was just what my wife and needed for a wk getaway by the gulf. The views were wonderful! We loved the little bar out on the patio to eat our breakfast at every morning. The inside looked bigger and nicer than in the photos and had everything you could need. Plenty of linens, and even had all kinds of beach gear in the closet. Kitchen was very nice and fully equipped with whatever you would need to cook a nice meal at home. And the location was great also. Close enough to all the restaurants and not far from the local pier. We really enjoyed our stay and if I had to complain about anything, it would prob be sometimes the neighbors upstairs got pretty loud but that's out of the owners control. Overall we really enjoyed our experience here.

The micro wave went out the 2nd day we were there and they didn't fix it just brought us a small one and the 3rd day the refrigerator started making a terrible noise and the freezer wouldn't freeze good and I text them 10 times and they said that they would come fix it and they NEVER did. It was so loud you couldn't even sleep thur it.

Great stay!
Great view. Great stay. Great experience. The condo had the most perfect views and relaxing rocking chairs to enjoy the views. It was perfectly clean and fun environment. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. Even though a storm came in during our stay, we were able to take our little one to a trampoline park/arcade and had lots of fun. Would definitely recommend!

Both couches were very comfortable. The loveseat reclined and that was an added comfort. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out on the balcony and the inside. Very nice rocking chairs on the balcony. The view was beautiful! The condo is close to everything you might want to do or need.
