We loved our stay!
We could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Everything you could possibly need was available in the condo - it was home away from home. The condo was very clean and was freshly painted right before our arrival. The beds were very comfy. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! We loved using the sauna and steam room during our stay. Check in and check out is a breeze. Parking is a little tight, but we didn't have any issues. The property is close to everything. Highly recommend!! Thank you to the owner for a wonderful vacation!

Mother Daughter weekend
We took my elderly mom and aunt for a weekend getaway. The condo was great. It was clean and everything worked as it should. The weather didn't cooperate but we had a good time anyway. There is just a short boardwalk to the beach with no stairs so we were able to get my 82 year old mom on the beach.

This condo has a beautiful view overlooking the Gulf. Great parking and easy access to everything you want to do in Gulf Shores. I would recommend this unit to a friend. Melissa was very helpful and professional assisting plans. There were a few little things in the condo that could stand to be updated but, nothing major.

A wonderful beach rental!
My family and I had an amazing time in this unit! It is a corner unit with plenty of room and even 3 full baths! Clean and well stocked. The absolute best thing here is the balcony and view!! Huge balcony, plenty of seating, and an AMAZING view! Sunsets, dolphins, crashing waves.... the list goes on and on! Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great vacation in Gulf Shores! Melissa was wonderful to work with! We will be back!

Fantastic
Condo was exactly what we anticipated. No disappointments. My husband and I, our two daughters, and my mom spent 5 nights. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of closet space and dresser drawers for everyone. Size of balcony is wonderful. Only drawback for winter travel is that with the indoor/outdoor pools being connected its not "heated" as you would like.

The condo was clean and comfortable. One issue was that the master bedroom door would not lock. Had to block it with luggage. The check in and check out was very convenient. Ocean properties communication was top notch. We were disappointed in the pool. Very small and water was cloudy. No view of beach area at all from pool. The lack of restroom facilities near the pool or beach was a real pain. Having to go to the condo each time was very inconvenient. We won’t be staying here again because of these concerns.

An amazing stay, but a few quirks
The condo had amazing views. I could lay in bed watching the water, though it would have been nice to have a screen on that door like the living room has. The heater in the pool was broken for the majority of our stay, disappointing are that was a major draw, so my kids had to play in the hot tub instead. Master bedroom mattress was not very comfortable, the others are amazing. People were coming from outside the condo to use the hot tub, which was annoying. We planned to pay for parking, but were told when we found security that they don't have a guard to purchase from in the off season, they said we should have gotten one through the rental company. Overall we loved our stay and do intend to cone back.

Wonderful condo
We've stayed at Gulf Shores many times and we almost always stay at Island Royale. We love the area it's very family friendly with a lot to do. We love the convenience of Island Royale. This condo was great. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked well for a rental unit. One thing I noticed that was so thoughtful that I've never had in another unit was each bathroom was given body wash, shampoo and conditioner. This is a little thing but it's great that first day until you can go buy what is needed if you didn't pack those items. The view is beautiful. We loved the condo and had no issues at all with it. However, I would love to see an area set up at the resort where unopened food could be given to those in need so it's not waisted. We always buy to much food and it's usually not opened but it's not things we can take back with us. I just think that would be a great way to help others that may be in need. Overall, I highly recommend this condo.

Expectations exceeded! Walk through the door and simple awe!!! The view takes your breath away. Then you see the adorable well appointed (didn’t want/need for anything) condo. Host was super accommodating and quick to respond. The building had lots of amenities and Joe the security guard was a hit with the group . They should rename the building Joe’s place!! Highly, highly recommend a stay here, it won’t disappoint! Will be our go to spot in the future for sure!!! Thanks so much!
