"Stuck amongst rather run down B & B type establishments is this lovely 4 star hotel, with fantastic staff, tennis court, own beach, pool and a good restaurant. Chosen for it's central location between towns and handy shuttle service to the train station to visit local attractions, we felt very lucky we found such a gem. It is noticeable who is running the restaurant, when it's Mario everything runs very smoothly, when he has a day off and Gino steps up it does become a little Faulty Towers...but...

"The property was clean quiet and a welcome refuge on a dark rainy night. The host greeted us to hand off the key and helped get our luggage up the stairs. We had got a quick tour and after he left found he’d left us supplies to make a pasta dinner - which was such a welcome and generous gesture. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and the apartment was more than adequate for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing we felt was missing were wine glasses..
