I offer you a very pleasant 40 m2 holiday home, very well equipped with almost new equipment, for 3-4 people. Upstairs: 2 separate bedrooms. On the ground floor: bathroom wc, open kitchen, indoor dining room. It is located on the Arcachon Basin - in Gujan-Mestras, in a quiet area at the end of a 1000 m² property. With an additional advantage of a terrace furnished for outdoor dining with built barbecue and gazinière_four. Bus stop 150 meters away. Shelter inside the property for your vehicle.
