"Terrible experience—the GPS coordinates and instructions were incorrect and we ended up in the middle of nowhere, with four kids. We called the Albergue for four hours at the number they provided, between check-in hours, no answer. Emailed the property, no answer. We ended up reserving another hotel on the spot after wasting an entire afternoon trying to contact this hotel. We were charged anyway. Not sure if we just couldn’t find the place and no one responds, or whether it doesn’t even exist...

"Todo pésimo. El dueño del hostal se había equivocado al configurar la página y nos dijo que por el precio entregado en la página no nos podía atender. Le pedí que nos cancelara la estancia y me devolviera el dinero, lo hizo de forma tal que él no tuviera que pagar la multa de 300 euros que él debía pagar por no atendernos. Al menos me devolvió el dinero que habíamos pagado."

"Mi estancia ha sido muy buena. En varias paquinas de búsqueda del alojamiento está mal indicada la hora de la entrada. Es a las 17h. Pero el dueño ha sido muy amable y se ha resuelto el problema ( porque hemos venido mucho antes). "An extremely well presented property in a truly stunning location. Even with a language barrier our host was very welcoming and gave us complete privacy during our stay.
