SMALL 2/4 PERS HOUSE 100 METRES FROM THE BEACH WITH SWIMMING POOL

The 11 + 12 + 13 houses of the Nodeven Residence are 3 contemporary houses.
Located in Brittany, 100m from the beach and the coastal path.
This house is ideal for 2 to 4 people. It is on one level and has a common central element: a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna.

The gite

Ideal holiday home for a couple, or a family of 4 (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children).

If you are interested in renting a house for 2 to 4 people in Brittany for your holidays, these fully equipped houses are composed as follows:

-Fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a '' kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board,

-Pleasant living room with a dining table and 4 chairs, a sofa, a 32-inch flat screen TV with integrated TNT, a coffee table. A very large bay window illuminates the living room,

-2 bedrooms: 1 parental bedroom of 11 m² with a double bed in 160 * 200 and a small bedroom of 7 m² with 2 bunk beds in 90 * 200. Each of these rooms has a closet,

-Bathroom with vanity unit, shower and WC

These houses are heated by electric heating.

A 20 m² terrace is located in front of the accommodation. You will find there a garden furniture (a table and 4 chairs) as well as two plastic armchairs to relax.
The 3 apartments for 2/4 people are located opposite the playground and are adjoining.
House No. 12 is adjoining houses No. 11 and 13.

The barbecue is to be shared between the three apartments for 2/4 people.


Free WIFI: 1 connection per person declared in the contract.

Ein Ort für entspannte Ferien
Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber, die Mitarbeiter vor Ort hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sehr schön ist der Pool mit Whirlpool und Sauna. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, was eine Familie braucht. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein und es gibt schöne, weitläufige Strände in der Nähe. Wir haben entspannte Tage verbracht.
