Beware of reserving this room, it may surprise you
Booked a balcony king room for four days. Arrived at the hotel and was looked at like I'm an alien. They first said there were no rooms, then they told me I didn't have a reservation. I showed the confirmation email and then they claimed that I had cancelled the reservation and booked it out to somebody else. Needless to say I was not pleased.
