"Absolutely everything was amazing about this place. From the staff who were always friendly, smiling, courteous and always on hand to assist you. The food which was absolutely amazing and the afternoon tea is definitely worth hanging around for. "Lovely stay. Only stayed here for one short night but wished we could have stayed longer. Beautiful charming place in an old restored building. Nice area along the Yulong river. Yummy food and resto has a nice terrace. We went back the next day for dinner;) Room is clean and spacious. Staff is helpful and friendly. "

"We had a great stay at the beautiful Yangshuo Scenic Mountain Retreat. Our room was nice and comfortable, although in the winter be warned that there is no heating! The wifi works quite well and there is always ginger tea available in the main lobby for guests. We also had very tasty breakfasts (we tried Western and Chinese and both were great), and the hotel also arranged for us to hire some bicycles for the day so we could explore the area. "We traveled with our 10 year old son, and a couple friends of us. We booked a Suite for us, and our friends had a Suite too. This is such a beautiful hotel within a small town, surrounded by nature. Our son loved the animals encounter, and the car raising there. The food was so incredible fresh and delicious. We loved their local noodles soup with pork skins... it is something that we will miss. Also, their fruits were all amazing, especially their sweet passion fruits... The staff at this hotel was so welcoming and kind, that we will miss them too. THANK YOU!!"
