"What else can I say about this home it is absolutely beautiful They are sure to have it fully equipped they thought of everything toilet paper to coffee to wine they are the perfect hosts. I brought my dog and they have a nice little patio out in the yard he was able to run around there a little bit and do his thing. "Lovely little cottage in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. Once you find it down the little lane, it's a great location to be in. Not far from town and close to the water, we really enjoyed relaxing at the house and in the backyard. Highly recommend."

"Old Saybrook is a very comfortable, clean, and well kept home. Sizeable bedrooms and baths, comfortable beds, and ample linens provided. Basically, check in using the security code and that's it! We are so happy we chose Old Saybrook for our stay, as it made for a very comfortable, and relaxing trip. We were not there long enough to have enjoyed the back yard grill, but surely would have if we could. BTW...the host is GREAT!!!"

"Nice relaxing small house for a quick weekend getaway. Plenty of space in the kitchen and bedrooms. The shower is very very small, especially with a curtain that you kind of have to hold back away from you while you shower. If you like very firm beds youre in luck, the matresses are pretty firm. I would bring your own pillows as those provided were very thin. Other than that, its the perfect spot for a getaway. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend."

"Very Nice house!. Clean and close to all the wineries. The beach was residents only parking and we did not have a pass. Was not a walk to it either. Maybe could have got a pass for the day, but we got there late and just drove in and out. We found out that a lot of the beaches in North Fork require Resident parking Passes. We really enjoyed our stay and found it very Relaxing.Thank you Carl for a nice home to hang out for a few days.."

"This was a great spot to stay with my wife, another couple, and my dog! The house is small - especially downstairs. But it is extremely well thought out and space is used as effectively as can be. Upstairs had 2 good sized bedrooms with king beds and a nicely renovated bathroom with a great shower. The house is located in a small, cute, and a bit of an unusual neighborhood. Very quiet. The large well stocked kitchen with amazing view of the water and fireplace made our Friendsgiving meal memorable! The outdoor hot tub, fire pit, and deck with comfy seating topped off the weekend. "This was a great spot to stay with friends, with great separate living areas and a great central living room to gather. The location is minutes from downtown Guilford and was very convenient to do and see everything. I would not recommend bringing small children because there is so much beautiful artwork all around the house, but it’s a beautiful retreat for older kids/teens and adults! "
