"The hotel is in a very good place in the middle of the nature but the price is a bit expensive for the type of food being served. The rooms not very clean. Air con didn't work and the shower was hard to use for old people. No handle available. "

"Fabulous Parador in the mountains. Upgrade to a Mountain View room if you can. Staff friendly and helpful, excellent restaurant serving the best octopus I’ve ever had. Rooms aren’t huge but are well equipped.Parador easy to find and roads are good. Can’t wait to come back!"

"This was our second time staying at this hotel. Once on the way down from France to Portugal and once on the way back.. It is a large, well appointed hotel. The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was clean and well appointed with a little balcony to look out over the car park, the road and the retail units beyond. Good double glazing as the room was very quiet. We had a light breakfast in the cafeteria which is a part of the hotel, which was extra to our room price, but very reasonably...

"This is a lovely hotel with exceptionally helpful staff . My wife is a vegan , and after we expressed an interest in dining in the hotel restaurant , the staff in reception arranged for the chef to speak to us and they provided a delicious vegan option . My non - veggie food was excellent , as was the wine which accompanied our meal .Great location a couple of mins from the Plaza Mayor . Comfortable room , lovely old building with lots of character - our type of hotel. Would stay here again if...

"This is an excellent hotel and they cope superbly with multiple arrivals. We know this hotel well and they know us.Wonderful situation next to the main north-south motorway in Hervas.The staff are fantastic and will do anything to help their guests. The food is excellent and great value. The company is constantly upgrading and it is no wonder that Roma is so popular Brian and Sally Smith"

"Said they had a swimming pool never mentioned it was closed ! Staff so rude. Breakfast was awful. Cleaners walked in to our room about 10am. It was just an awful experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE. "
