"I know that my booking was short notice in that it was same day (I booked around 9am for a 5pm arrival) but I received no information about checkin despite emailing, calling and texting. I simply received no reply, no information at all. I have requested a refund which I hope will be honored since I was forced to make another booking."

The apartments in via Marsala are in a great position to explore and enjoy Bologna. Instructions for check in are clear. This is our second stay and we highly recommend."
