Private: park 5 ha with flowers and trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. Narrow motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, bus stop 350 m, railway station "Guidonia" 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Guidonia 13 km, Roma 40 km, Villa Adriana 13 km. Please note: car recommended. Not suitable for children under 12 years. Groups of teenagers on request only. Reception room on the ground floor with separate entrance can be hired separately for private parties. Bus stop 350 m away connecting Montecelio and Guidonia.

Note: The kitchen does not have hot water.

Super verblijf, echt, maar oud.
Dit is een privé paradijs voor wie vergane glorie waardeert. Heel sfeervol met prachtige terrassen en een interieur dat de vorige eeuw ademt. Je moet ervan houden dat niet alles functioneert, de lakens wat klein zijn en het bed een kuiltje heeft. als je hier doorheen kan kijken is dit echt een juweeltje dat dicht bij de bezienswaardigheden ven Tivoli ligt. De beheerder was heel aardig

Mooie plek in lazio
Mooie woning, prachtig uitzicht. Het enige waar naar gekeken moet worden is het lekken vd douche ( geen dealbreaker) . Overigens warm water en straal super! Heerlijke week gehad

Nette kleine Burg
Alles in allem war die Unterkunft in ordnung, jedoch nicht für Allergiker geeignet! Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und im Schlafzimmer waren die Wände feucht. Wir mussten die Unterkunft nach 2 Nächten wegen einer allergischen Reaktion früher verlassen und bekamen leider keine Erstattung der restlichen Tage. Der herzliche Gastgeber verstand nur italienisch und somit konnten wir das Problem nicht recht erklären. Ein großes Grundstück und ein herrlicher Ausblick sind inklusive.

Sfeervol en mooi gelegen
Villa Torretta is een oud erg sfeervol huis. Ruime kamers. Een prachtig terras met adembenemend uitzicht op het stadje Montecelio. Minpuntje is het achterstallig onderhoud: niet alle ramen sluiten goed , warm douchen wordt soms onderbroken, douchedeur is wat gammel. Maar al met al positief! Beheerder Vincenzo is erg behulpzaam en servicegericht; fijn dat wij ook wat Italiaans kunnen.

Mooi karakteristiek huis met prachtig uitzicht
Een mooi karakteristiek Italiaans huis. Een soort kasteeltje. Ruime slaapkamers. Grote keuken met veel servies en pannen. Koken gebeurt op grote gasfles. Groot terras met bijzonder uitzicht. Tweede terras handig voor in de ochtend voor de schaduw, dan moet je wel wat meubilair verhuizen. Bovenste verdieping 2e badkamer bij slaapkamer is eenvoudig maar prima. Contact met eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Engels was wat lastig, maar via google translate via de mail perfecte communicatie.

Assurance Calme
Accueil sympathique. Maison grande et spacieuse avec grand jardin et terrasse agréable. Ameublement et commodités vieillots, mais architecture et paysage magnifique, calme et tranquillité assurés !

Spacieux et rustique!
La maison est magnifiquement placée, au milieu des vergers, avec un grand jardin. Les pièces sont grandes et spacieuses, mais le tout est assez rustique.
