Guidel is a town located at the southwestern end of Morbihan. It is bordered on the west by the Laïta and on the south by the Atlantic Ocean. Seaside resort of the coast of the megaliths, its coast has several long sandy beaches: beaches of Guidel Beaches, beach of Loc'h, beach of Fort-blocked. These beaches are separated by rocky areas with low cliffs.
Guidel is both the sea and a marina, the countryside and the river. A recent pedestrian-bike route along the coast connects Guidel to Fort Bloque.
