Villa Mimosa is the perfect getaway spot for anyone looking to unwind & enjoy the beauty of the river! This 3 bedroom / 2 bath home offers a comfortable retreat for up to 6 guests. The fully enclosed yard is a delightful green oasis, offering privacy & plenty of space for relaxation & fun activities. Imagine lounging by the fire table, soaking in the hot tub, or engaging in some friendly yard games w/ your furry companions, because the pups are welcome too!
The convenience of being just a short walk away from the river adds to the appeal of Villa Mimosa. And having beach chairs, floaties, & a wagon available will cover your beach needs for a day of riverside relaxation. There is even a refreshing outdoor shower!
Downtown Guerneville is just a quick drive away! A dream vacation spot!

-Living room - Large but cozy with comfy furniture, wood burning stove. There are 2 fold-out sofas for plenty of sleeping options. Smart TV and Blu-Ray player. Deck and outdoor eating area overlooking the manicured yard are off living room. Propane Gas BBQ grill on the deck. Original vaulted redwood ceilings.
-Dining area - Gorgeous wood dining table with seating for up to 6! Great for meals and Game Nights!
