Lazy Bear has 4 bedrooms, with one converting to dedicated office space, and 3 baths provide plenty of inviting space to spread out while enjoying the company of up to 6 of your favorite people.
Being minutes away from downtown Guerneville means you're not too far from a lively town while relaxing in the privacy and tranquility of the forest. It's the kind of place where you can truly unwind and recharge your batteries.

- Dining area - Just off the kitchen - Great for meals and Game Nights! Windows look out to manicured front yard
- Living room - Comfy, warm and inviting w/sliding doors to grand outdoor deck spaces and big forest views from all windows. It has a Gas/log fireplace and Smart TV w/with Xfinity cable service and Roku streaming box. Very warm and inviting!
