A perfect place for a trip. The house was in excellent condition, modern, and cozy. Everything you need is provided. We arrived on a chilly winter day, but the heating was already on for us, along with a few lights, making us feel right at home.

Fire pit and jacuzzi surrounded by redwoods
The house was clean and well equipped. The outdoors are really nice, the jacuzzi and the fire pit are surrounded by red woods. One of the rooms ( the one with two beds) has no door and it’s connected to the main room ( more like a room for kids). The big beds are full beds I think, not too big. We didn’t spend much time in the house, but it was a pleasant stay.

What a great place to stay and relax

Ideal weekend getaway for a small group, from the convenient location to all of the outdoor amenities! We also loved the vibe of the house, which the owner clearly put her personal touches on (essential oil diffuser — check!).

Comfortable cabin in relaxing setting
We had a relaxing stay at Casa Boheme. The cabin is quiet and surrounded by redwood trees. The location is great for accessing downtown Guerneville, Armstrong Redwoods and the Sonoma Coast. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Everything we needed!
We stayed for two nights to celebrate my sister getting married! The location was perfect and had everything we needed. The fire pit, hot tub and outdoor area was beautifully situated with all the trees! We would definitely stay again!

A great place for a laugh with some friends
We loved this property and had so much fun staying at Casa Boheme! Katy was very responsive in the days leading up to/during our stay. Also, we cooked almost every meal and the coffee maker, blender, and knives were awesome! Highly recommend!

Clean beautiful house
Some friends and I stayed here for my 40th birthday. The house was perfect for our two night stay. The kitchen was very nicely stocked, hot tub was lovely as was the fire pit. The house decor was excellent as well. The only drawback was our walk to downtown - there wasn’t any way to get there on foot other than walking along the side of a very busy street. Even so I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this beautiful house again!

Nice Home in the Trees
Overall our stay at the property was good. We had some plumbing issues that required us to be stuck at the property for an afternoon with people coming and going to fix the issue which killed some plans that we had. The Property Managers were quick to respond though and resolve the issue. Fortunately this issue is resolved and should not affect future renters.

Stove oven did not work. Scorpion in the bathroom trapped between wall and glass wall, generally unclean on the inside. The only positive was the outdoor space. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. Info for contact person on website incorrect. Communication about placement of keys for washer not gotten until 3 rd day. Several light bulbs burnt out and no replacement available. No batteries in downstairs remotes. no extra bathroom tissue available in unit. OK to submit it

Lovely quiet house in the woods
I was very happy to stay here! Hot tub was perfect at the end if a long day! The kitchen was easy to figure out and I made pancakes in the center griddle that turned out perfect! It was so quiet at night! The bedding was so soft and fuzzy! Thank you for letting us stay at your gorgeous house

Clean, updated, quiet. Wonderful. The fireplace was really nice each night, and so was the hot tub. Beds were comfy. Our one suggestion would be a more well rounded selection of pots, and serving bowls.

Great stay in the redwoods
Beautiful, modern home surrounded by redwoods. Great having the outdoor hot tub and ping pong table. Downstairs was a queen bed with a separate room with a daybed that you go through to access the en suite bathroom. Another bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Very comfortable bedding. Laundry is located in downstairs closet (key in armoire). Just under a mile to get to the various restaurants in town. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice Stay
The house is large and spacious with a great wrap-around deck and outside nooks to take advantage of. There were a few things that were not in place when we first arrived (outside lighting, additional linens and towels) but Theo took care of these needs quickly. Theo was very responsive during our stay and both he, Cherie and Katy followed up post our visit. It's clear that they care deeply that their guests have a safe and comfortable ecpereince!

Great property, close to town, fun features
We had a great time at this fun property. Close to town, quiet street, fun with ping pong and hot tubbing, plus plenty of space for everyone to relax. My only gripe would be to echo what others have said about paying for a cleaning fee and having to do quite a bit of cleaning before we left. Not the end of the world, but not your normal experience. All fully disclosed though and we had no issue getting our deposit back. All in all a great time, and Charlie was very easy to get a hold of - no issues checking in, etc.
