"Excellent hotel in a very unusual suburban/industrial area, 4 km from the centre of Vannes. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and the bar in the hotel was terrific. I would love to know why this neighborhood even exists, but as a visitor only staying 24 hours in the area it was worth staying here to save the hassle of driving into the city centre at night. We went into the city the next day and all worked out fine. "

"The listing did not make it clear that the property is a residence and the owner is living there, we thought we were renting a tiny cottage but in fact it was just a room and use of shared facilities. However it was pleasant and the owner was very friendly and overall a good stay."

"Booking in was difficult with two rooms for one person each being confused as one room for two persons. It took twenty four hours to resolve completely. All other aspects of the stay were truly excellent."

"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in what was supposedly the largest room and it had an incredibly strange layout. The toilet and closet were by the front door and then you walked down a hallway to get to the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom was large but again the layout was strange. Also, the room was on the 5th floor but the elevator only goes to the 4th floor, so we had to walk up a spiral staircase (with all our luggage) to get to our room. "Gorgeous property, close to the waterfront in La Trinite sur Mer. Lovely room, friendly staff. Only observation to note was that breakfast cost was a bit high. Other than that, just about perfect."

"We really just wanted a shower and a bed to break up a long 1200 km trip from Stuttgart to the Atlantic coast. There were two of us; only one towel (and a bathmat). At 8:30 next morning, we were awakened by knocking on the door. My wife stumbled out of bed to check, and was asked by an employee when we expected leave. This although the checkout time was posted as 12:00 noon. Many areas of the hotel showed an extreme degree of wear and tear. "
