"L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est situé dans une résidence très calme, proche du port et du centre-ville. Il est propre, lumineux avec un grand balcon. La place de parking numérotée est appréciable. Un grand merci à Jocelyne et son mari pour leur accueil et pour les produits locaux offerts qui ont été appréciés ! Je n'hésiterai pas à relouer cette location si je dois, à l'avenir, revenir à Vannes. J'ai passé un excellent séjour. Jean-Christophe "

"Clean and quiet apartment. The one we had was small and basic, sleeping on a reasonable quality pull out settee. Location is a green oasis in a business park. Loads of beaches, restaurants and supermarkets within an easy drive. Lift in apartment bock, 4 floors, good sound proofing. Pool can get a bit busy. Good value, basic accommodation."

"We returned to Auray and staying in this lovely apartment. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. We loved the area and the close proximity to St Goustan which is picturesque and the town of Auray which has a great selection of bars, cafes, shops and markets. We will definitely be coming back, just don't know when, yet!"

"Good overall stay. Communication was challenging in the beginning and some messages were sent to us in error. Were given the wrong key code so needed to contact them on arrival. All worked out in the end but wasn’t straight forwards. Listing say “parking on site”. This is not true. There are plenty of parking options but you’ll need to research them and the closest in a 10min walk. "

"In the centre of old Vannes. Energetic climb to the third floor on an old narrow spiral staircase with luggage. Four lock system along the ascent! Contacted the owner/custodian for help about Step 3 of instructions;....the "deadbolt" was really an electronic keypad. The kitchen is small with many features; ...no tongs! Ceiling light... no bulb! It's a lovely and charming Apt. ; we visited in October 2023 for 10 days."

"Nous sommes allés a Vannes pour un échange de voiture chez un professionnel . Nous avons déjà séjourné à cet endroit plusieurs fois et sommes retournés avec plaisir .Dès le parking on se sent rassuré . Places dispo sans problème. Accueil sympathique . Chambre propre et salle de bains qui correspondent aux photos. ( possibilité de manger sur place) Petits déj sur place a volonté dans un créneau horaire confortable ( jusqu'à 10h en semaine )avec du choix mais toutefois un peu chers ."

"Staff were brilliant, very accommodating to our needs. Facilities excellent and allowed for a great nights sleep. The hotel ls well positioned to explore Vannes and easily walkable to good food and drink, the old town, the rugby stadium and the port. "

"Excellent hotel in a very unusual suburban/industrial area, 4 km from the centre of Vannes. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and the bar in the hotel was terrific. I would love to know why this neighborhood even exists, but as a visitor only staying 24 hours in the area it was worth staying here to save the hassle of driving into the city centre at night. We went into the city the next day and all worked out fine. "
