Gemütlichkeit ist nicht die Stärke des Hauses, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten (Sofa, Sessel, Liegestühle...) für alle Gäste gemeinsam gibt es weder drinnen noch draußen. "Well, Expedia wrote $5 city tax at booking time, the host charged CHF 11.50 ($15!) right before the stay. Even worse, to be paid either by a weird local swiss payment system or paypal. Nothing else, no cash no credit card. Not great at all. Also quite noisy apartment. Otherwise clean and ok. "

"We LOVED our stay here. Our room included wellness and breakfast. The Wellness area offered an indoor pool and hot tub as well as mixed gender steam room. The sauna, relaxation area, cold plunge and change rooms are gender specific. We celebrated our engagement here and they upgraded us to a beautiful premium suite with a balcony. The breakfast was delicious with many different pastries, fruit, yogurt, meats, and cheeses. The property grounds were gorgeous - I recommend walking around to check out the view. We wished we’d booked another night! "

"We loved this hotel. It is right by the ferry and there is a market next door for any items you may have forgotten. Our room wasn't real big but sufficient. Great breakfast and great view. The hotel staff were very friendly, especially the bellhop! He was great! Been there close to 50 years. "
