Providing this basic amenity would greatly enhance guests' comfort, especially when dining options are limited due to restrictions on pets in certain areas. Overall the hotel staff were very friendly and understanding, the tram station is across the road, and in 20 minutes one arrives in the center of Strasbourg. "

"This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the Lamm, the 2 previous times it was as a couple this time I was a solo traveller. I had a single room and was pleasantly surprised (not having stayed in a single room before) the room had a fridge that came in handy, and a view of the valley from the balcony. The balcony had a seat so could chill out on. The restaurant was fully booked but as was a resident they found me a table, the food was lovely. "Staff is super nice. Hotel is a bit outdated, the rooms can use a decoration refresh but they are big and clean. About a 10 min walk to Gengenbach town centre. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but the vibe looked relaxing. "
