At the Panoramica you will find particular attention to details and your comfort: the success of your holiday and its pleasure are my first goal! I inform you that by choice we have no television but you will find free Wi-Fi at home and in the garden. This is a pampering place for romantic couples but also for adventures, trekking, relaxation, laughter with friends, immersion in art and a perfect base to explore Umbria as well as to spend the hot summer afternoons by the pool. Located just 5 km from the first supermarket and Gubbio, a beautiful medieval town always full of activities, markets, festivals and fantastic restaurants, La Casetta is the ideal place for couples but also perfect for 4 friends or a family. We are in the hills, with a fantastic view of Gubbio that can be admired in all its extension right in front of the property. Unique position: fresher than the plain in summer, thanks to the swimming pool and the luxuriant vegetation and comfortable and warm, thanks to the delightful fireplace in winter. In addition to the countryside, you will have a garden of more than 15,000 m2 just for you.
The property is located in a park full of plants and flowers on a hill just in front of Gubbio, reachable in a few minutes, and enjoys a wonderful view of the medieval city. The distance from the center is about 5 km. You will be immersed in the Umbrian countryside. Gubbio, in addition to being of breathtaking beauty, is the ideal starting point to explore Umbria, Assisi, Perugia etc., Tuscany (Arezzo and its province are just over 1 hour) the Marche, with their beautiful beaches and the Conero Riviera, and Lazio.

This is one of the most charming, beautiful and exclusive property of Gubbio. This is not an extremely luxurious place. Gubbio is a medieval town rich in arts. Gubbio is also plenty of extremely good restaurants. A real opportunity to taste the real spirit of the Italian countryside. Miles of places to visit within 1 and 2 Hours approximately: the whole Umbria, Tuscany and the Marche with her beaches. Rome is just 2.5 hours.

Where dreams are made of...
Staying a week in Susanna’s little cottage couldn’t have been more perfect. We had high expectations based on the photos but they were exceeded in every way. No expense was spared in the design and comfort of the cottage and the outdoor space. Susanna has put so much thought into making her accommodations a home away from home. We loved our meals out on the terrace overlooking the gorgeous view. The pool was beautiful. I often judge a place by the quality of the outdoor furniture and in this case It is luxury all the way. Thank you Susanna for making our stay a very memorable experience and for being such a gracious host.

Merci Susanna pour ces superbes vacances! Vos attentions dans l’appartement, la beauté du lieu et du jardin, la vue superbe, la piscine à température de rêve, les animaux qu’on a pu apercevoir dans les environs, la propreté du lieu et le climat parfait! En août, les nuits fraîches et les journées chaudes sont idéales pour visiter l’Ombrie! On y retourne dès qu’on peut!! Et surtout merci Susanna pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité, quand j’ai été malade me prendre rendez-vous chez le docteur et être là pour traduire du français à l’italien tout ce qu’on avait besoin de dire, c'était plus que gentil, c'était juste super!! Et on adore vos chiens! 😉

Beautiful place, wonderful host
My husband and I spent six nights at Susanna's wonderful property near Gubbio. We could not have enjoyed it more. It is a beautiful property (with a beautiful view) and Susanna understands perfectly what it means to be a host, providing everything that is needed, there when needed, but not intrusive. We stayed in the one bedroom cottage but Susanna is nearly finished renovating the whole property and we can imagine taking family back and renting her whole place. with its several suites. Unfortunately the weather was not warm enough for us to use the pool, but that is a definite plus of this property. We had a car (you will need one) and enjoyed exploring the area and lunch out during the day and returning for dinner outside overlooking the valley in the evening. The cottage has everything you could need (including cozy bathrobes, which were a treat) and if there is anything you need, Susanna is listening. We would not hesitate to recommend this lovely place.

Superbe propriété dominant la vallée . Le gite récemment rénové est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût par Suzanna. Elle a pensé à tout ....Et à notre arrivée, nous avions du vin blanc et de l’eau fraiche dans le frigo, biscuits , confitures maison, thé, café...Suzanna est une personne charmante et très accueillante. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la présence chaleureuse de Happy sa charmante petite chienne ! Enfin, la région est superbe, idéale pour se balader et visiter. Un séjour parfait!

Beautiful cottage with amazing views, a lovely pool and fantastic host
Couldn’t have asked for more from our holiday. Perfect, very well equipped cottage in lovely grounds, with stunning views. A 10 minute drive from Gubbio which is perfectly located to explore the beautiful Northern Umbria. Host was so friendly and helpful. Would love to go back.

Delightful return to Umbria
My wife and I were delighted to return to La Panoramica, where we enjoyed many happy family holidays in the 1990s and 2000s, under the previous owners. La Panoramica is set on a quiet hillside overlooking the beautiful medieval town of Gubbio. Gubbio is ten minutes or so away and contains many attractions and excellent restaurants. You are in easy reach of many other tourist sites such as Assisi, Orvieto, Perugia, etc. and Siena, Rome and Florence are reachable for the more intrepid. The Adriatic coast is about a 90-minute drive away. The property is exactly as in the photos. A lovely, quaint building set in gorgeous gardens with many plants, trees and flowers, and an excellent pool - about 10m x 5m. We stayed in La Cassetta (Il Giglio) - a part of the property that we had stayed in previously. It has been redecorated and brought up to modern standards in excellent taste, while entirely preserving the property's character and charm. The kitchen was equipped well, there were toiletries, bathrobes, even sweets by the bedside. A delightful and well-lit patio allowed us to eat outdoors, although there is also indoor provision for bad weather. The owner lives on site and could not be more welcoming, hospitable or helpful, while entirely respecting our privacy. Whenever we return to an old haunt after many years, we worry that new ownership will have changed things and it won't be as good as we remember. There was no need to worry this time. Perfection had been improved upon. Would we recommend this to friends or relatives? Well, we've already booked for next year, so what do you think?

Un piccolo paradiso da non lasciarsi sfuggire
Nel cuore di quella che è per me la regione più bella d'Italia e a poco più di 5 minuti in auto dalla splendida città medioevale di Gubbio, è una vera gioia sostare alla Panoramica, immersa nel verde e piena di fiori colorati, in cima a una collina dalla vista mozzafiato. Anche le foto per quanto belle non le rendono giustizia. Gli unici suoni sono quelli di una natura incontaminata. L'ospitalità della Panoramica è a cinque stelle, il non plus ultra: ti senti coccolata, tutto ciò che ti può servire è a disposizione. Non ci sono zanzare e il clima è ideale, mai troppo caldo. La piscina poi è la ciliegina su una torta perfetta. Se siete così fortunati da trovare disponibilità non lasciatevela sfuggire: non troverete un posto più bello in tutta la zona!

Splendida
Posto meraviglioso nella verdissima Umbria. In mezzo alle colline nei dintorni di Gubbio una bellissima tenuta ricca. Di vegetazione e di fiori con piscina e mille angoli da scoprire. La casa che viene affittata è completamente ristrutturata con assoluto gusto attrezzatissima, piena di charme. Consigliato assolutamente

Un soggiorno incantevole e riposante
La quiete, la discrezione, il confort, la cordialità, questo abbiamo trovato nel nostro soggiorno alla Panoramica. Una vacanza all'insegna del relax, in un posto che ti appaga la vista, ideale per "staccare la spina" dalla frenesia quotidiana. La casetta dove abbiamo alloggiato è una delizia: arredata con estremo gusto. La piscina ? una favola... La padrona di casa, Susanna, una persona splendida. Attenta ad ogni esigenza degli ospiti, rispettosa della privacy, prodiga di consigli per chi (come noi) vuol conoscere e scoprire le bellezze della valle Umbra. La Panoramica è uno di quei soggiorni che, una volta provato, lascia il desiderio di ritornare

E' il meraviglioso luogo dei sogni
Raggiungere La Panoramica è stato come raggiungere il luogo dei sogni. Spesso le immagini fotografiche fanno sembrare bello anche ciò che bello non è. La Panoramica è di più, è un posto incantevole. E' un posto dove l'accoglienza è professionale, discreta ma affettuosa, elegante seppur in un contesto dove prevale la natura e la naturalezza. La struttura, curata nei minimi particolari, perfettamente arredata con gusto e funzionalità, offre un comfort "cosy", intimo, accogliente. Soggiornare a La Panoramica è un ristoro per la mente e per il corpo. Adatto per coppie, romantico per innamorati, fantastico per famiglie con bambini, ideale per gruppi di amici. La posizione lo rende particolarmente attraente perché lontano da tutto è vicinissimo a tutto. La viabilità è congeniale per un turismo fatto di visite e gite giornaliere, ammesso che abbiate voglia di allontanarvi dal luogo che Susanna ha reso come lei: stupendo. Credo che si sia capito: me ne sono innamorata e ogni anno vi farò una tappa. Lo dice una persona che ha viaggiato tutta la vita e che ha eletto La Panoramica come il luogo dei sogni.

Un posto magico, molto romantico
Ho passato un'intera settimana ospite di Susanna e non avrei più voluto ripartire! L'alloggio è inserito in un grande giardino con una vista spettacolare su Gubbio. La campagna e i dintorni sono incantevoli, si possono fare lunghe passeggiate persi in stradine sterrate che ti fanno sentire in un luogo senza tempo. La casetta è molto confortevole, ristrutturata e pulita, piena di dettagli curati e di attenzioni per l'ospite come l'accappatoio con le pantofole sino al mini frullatore per fare la schiuma al cappuccino, c'è proprio tutto! Di fronte alla casa c'è uno spazio privato dove si può pranzare all'aperto o cenare a lume di candela (per chi viaggia con il compagno), oppure stendersi sulle sedie sdraio e di notte e guardare le stelle e le luci di Gubbio. L'ospitalità di Susanna è perfetta! Ci si può rivolgere a lei in qualsiasi momento ed è sempre pronta a dare una mano o un consiglio. Ha selezionato i migliori ristoranti e ci ha consigliato delle gite da fare in giornata nella zona. Ci ha anche inviato delle guide sul nostro telefonino! Torneremo sicuramente a Maison de Charme, per noi è stato il posto perfetto per qualche giorno di relax lontani da tutto, ma con 1000 cose da fare e da godersi!

Simply beautiful and charming
If you picture a typical Italian holiday place, this is exactly what you're looking for: a rural, old-style, warm and quiet place in Umbria's countryside but with all the comforts you can think of (wi-fi, swimming pool, etc). You'll find yourself plunged in the green, surrounded by nothing else than trees, flowers, olive trees and peace. Located 5-10 minutes from Gubbio, right in the middle of Italy, this wonderful agriturismo is placed exactly in the heart of the country and, because of this, it can serve as a base to explore all the surroundings. You'll find plenty of major turistic sites, as well as less known but nonetheless breathtaking places, just around the area. And last, but not least, you'll find Umbria's and Italy's typical food and restaurants just in the outskirts. Highly recommended!
