"Property is in a great location. 10 minutes from the airport. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Friendly and attentive staff that greet you daily. Do not recommend the spa. The check-in desk is literally in the hallway leading to the gym. The spa has two massage rooms only. They do not have a large enough spa facility for this to be considered a spa. It feels like a storage room was converted into two rooms just for massages. Very awkward and not conducive to a relaxing experience. "

The resort has it all, huge pool with up pool bar, a big jacuzzi that is truly hot, delicious food and drinks, etc. Easy Uber rides to/from Old San Juan."

"The Armas Hotel is centrally located. The rooms have been recently renovated. We stayed in a very simple room but it was quite nice. The staff was friendly and super professional. They kept in contact with me via email to confirm checkin and if anything was needed from them. I would stay there again!"
