Cobertura fantástica, muito boa, ampla, organizada, limpa, com todos os utensílios e eletrodomésticos necessários. Sem contar a atenção dispensada pelo proprietário sempre muito preocupado se tudo está bem. Zelador também muito atencioso. Cobertura bem localizada, em lugar calmo, todos os ambientes com ar condicionado. Recomendo.

Imóvel excelente, fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo proprietário e pelo zelador, ambiente agradável, acomodações bem limpas e apartamento aconchegante, com tudo que esta mencionado. Bem localizado próximo a mercado, padaria, restaurante, e a 4 quadras é a praia. Passamos ótimos dias com turma de amigos. Certamente recomendamos e retornaremos.

Imóvel excelente!
O imóvel é maravilhoso, grande, estava tudo limpinho, organizado, banheiros limpos, cozinha limpa, tem tudo que precisamos, utensílios domésticos, fomos em família, com as crianças, eles amaram a piscina, que também estava limpinha. Tvs funcionando, ar condicionado em todos os cômodos, todos funcionando. O sr. Ricardo é uma simpatia, nos recebeu muito bem, deu todo o suporte, sempre muito atencioso e responsável, de confiança. Passamos momentos muito agradáveis no ap, não tivemos imprevistos nenhum. Com certeza voltaremos sempre que possível!
