Room was large and clean, staff where brilliant and it's in an excellent location for access to the metro system and airport. There was also the added bonus of a free airport shuttle. Will stay again"

"Location perfect. Premium room with balcony - room spacious and beds comfortable.Very quiet. Balcony a lovely retreat after a busy day to chill in sun with city views. Staff very helpful- Pedro paricularly ( recommended good restaurant and successfully printed off bus tickets for us) Good breakfast. It would be nice if cafe had more selection of alcoholic drinks and was open later than 7 - a minor point as there are bars nearby and a pingo doce supermarket 5 mins walk away. We had brunch in adjoining cafe twice which had a good range and well priced. It would be useful if hotel staff could advise about where booked taxis could pick up as it is on a pedestrian street. Our Airpot transfer taxi did not turn up - fortunately the taxi rank is 5 mins walk away but we then paid almost double. Altogether a lovely stay in a good hotel. "
