This romantic house Seaview was built in typical Tuscan style in a vast olive grove and is located about 3 km from the village center Guardistallo and is first reached by a paved road, then about 1.5 km well-traveled unpaved road. The land is fenced and you reach the house through an entrance gate. Nearby there are wonderful shady footpaths to explore the area to Casale and Guardistallo and also to the sea is only 9 km. An ideal place to relax and enjoy !!! Pets are welcome.
The house Seaview was constructed according to the principles of bio-construction and is also located on a fenced plot. The small villa is the archetype of peace and serenity. The 55 m² house is perfect for 2 people. A covered terrace with comfortable wooden garden furniture leads through a large glass door into the spacious kitchen with well equipped kitchenette with oven, 4 plate stove, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There is also a dining table with chairs, a comfortable couch, WiFi, air conditioning and satellite TV. In the adjoining bedroom next to the double bed, a rustic closet and a desk. From the 2 windows with fly screen you can see with clear view to the sea. Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and washing machine. In addition, you can enjoy the liveliest sunsets from the large covered terrace of the house. In front of the house also a barbecue was built. The hidden location of "Seaview" with its countless olive trees, cypresses and old trees, is embellished by the surrounding hills and yet is only 9 km from the sea. Ideal for hiking on the endless wooded trails towards the old village of Casale Marittimo, Seaview is perfect for those who want to relax. The villetta belongs to an estate of about three hectares of land with strict respect for the environment and fervent devotion to organic farming.

Beware, host adds on total bogus charges at the end of your stay!
I have rented many holiday homes over many years, including some listed on VRBO. I have always treated homes with complete respect as if it was my own home. So I was in complete shock and amazement following my stay here to discover that the host had decided to charge us €102 for various things almost all of which were complete lies. When challenged, the host has been unable to provide any evidence such as photographs or invoices of items supposedly replaced. A dispute was opened with VRBO, but they have been completely unhelpful and unresponsive. This was an unfortunate end to what was a pleasant stay. The check-in process was slightly unnecessary and the property needs some work - most of the mosquito nets around the doors and windows are damaged so need replacing, the shower is broken, the gutters leak and the garden needs attending to. The house is not particularly well equipped and no check out information was provided, nor does anyone meet you on check out - which of course opens guests up to being ripped off by the host. In summary - avoid this place and host.

Oase der Ruhe im Grünen und sehr schöne Lage. Das Häuschen ist zweckmässig und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung hatte etliche Mängel, deren meisten wurden zeitnah behoben. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung der Gastgeberin. Dennoch entsprechen die Fotos und die Beschreibung des Häuschens nur teilweise der Realität. Hoher Mietpreis.

Een erg fijn huisje in een prachtige omgeving, goed geschikt als uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving. We hebben enorm genoten van de rust en privacy. Het huisje zelf is fijn qua indeling en uitrusting.
