Super séjour !
Super séjour dans cet appartement. Appartement fonctionnel et agréable, la grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer est vraiment chouette. La piscine de la résidence est propre et jamais bondée (on y était souvent seuls). José est très disponible et à l'écoute. Nous l'avons rencontré lors de notre départ et cela a confirmé notre impression : il est vraiment sympathique et d'une grande gentillesse. Un grand MERCI à José pour tout.

Excelente. A la casa no le falta de nada, muy bien equipada con terraza enorme, situada en zona familiar. Muy buena playa de arena a 1 minuto de la puerta de la casa. Espacio de sobra para aparcar sin problemas cualquier día a cualquier hora. Tiene mercadillo muy cerca (dando un pasito), cine de verano y paseo marítimo.

Vacances balnéaires au calme
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos deux enfants (dix et un an) fin juillet 2018. L'appartement est spacieux, la terrasse sécurisée pour un enfant en bas âge. La proximité de la mer s'avère idéale. De plus, l'environnement maritime est propre et peu fréquenté (surtout par des retraités). La piscine de la résidence est très bien entretenue et nous nous y sommes retrouvés souvent seuls..ce qui était parfait. L'absence de wifi ne pose pas de problème car la 4G est présente. Je tiens juste cependant à préciser que la climatisation n'est présente que dans le salon et qu'il faut donc laisser les portes de chambre ouvertes pour tempérer ces pièces. Cependant c'est un vrai plus car même si l'appartement est bien isolé, la climatisation est appréciable en période de canicule. Par ailleurs, M. Saez a toujours répondu promptement à nos interrogations et lui et son épouse se sont montrés très aimables.

Séjour très agréable
Séjour d'une semaine, 2 adultes avec 5 enfants. Appartement offrant des prestations de très bonne qualité, logement assez grand et globalement très agréable. La terrasse est immense avec vue sur la mer (100 m à pied) et à l'ombre dès midi. La piscine est facilement accessible (l'appartement est au 1er étage) et très bien. Les animations sont nombreuses le soir (jeux pour enfants, restaurants etc.) à 400 m à pied. La plage est très propre, pas de plastiques dans l'eau. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec le propriétaire, qui a été très agréable et très disponible. Nous recommandons évidemment cette location dont le prix est très raisonnable. Un petit plus pour améliorer : le wifi

Super Vacances à Guardamar de la Safor
Nous avons très apprécié notre séjour à Guardamar de la Safor. Nous étions 2 couples d'amis d'âge mur. Salles de bain et chambres distinctes avec 2 grands lits. Climatisation utile pour tempérer la nuit ou par forte chaleur le jour. Localisation de l'appartement au top: Piscine, plage à proximité, commerces, paseo, traiteurs et restaurants tout pour passer un agréable moment sans utiliser la voiture. Située dans une rue calme, tout près du paseo sans les désagréments. La mer est très belle et chaude. L'appartement et la vaisselle étaient très propres avec un minimum de confort. Une grande terrasse à l'ombre à partir de midi vient compléter l'appartement pour des repas agréables à l'extérieur avec vue sur la mer. Superbe piscine au soleil tout l'après-midi et très bien entretenue. Les propriétaires très sympathiques et à l'écoute du moindre soucis nous ont offert l'apéritif et une bonne bouteille au bar le Xilinguito dont la gérante nous permettait de se connecter au wifi chaque fois que nous nous y rendions. Bref je conseille cette location. Encore Merci à José, Karine et Imma pour leur gentillesse et amabilité. Sylviane, Yves, Catherine et Francis.

Des vacances au calme
Très bel appartement avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. 2 couples et aucune gène grâce à ses 2 chambres et ses 2 salles de bain. Grand balcon avec vue sur la mer qui permet de manger tous les jours dehors. La piscine dans la résidence et la plage à 2mn. Tous les commerces à proximité. Le calme pendant 15 jours. A visiter : Gandia à 5mn en voiture et Valence à 1h.

L'appartement est idéalement situé avec la mer à 2 pas et une orientation permettant de profiter de la grande distribution terrasse et de la vue. Le confort est aussi au rdv avec une bonne literie et l'équipement nécessaire. La piscine est très agréable, tant pour les grands que pour les petits.

Trés bel appartement face à la mer !
Très bel appartement confortable, bien situé et calme. Il est propre , clair, très bien équipé. Il possède une grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer où nous avons pu manger tous les soir. La piscine qui vient d’être refaite et ensoleillée toute la journée. Juste la rue à traverser pour être sur la plage, idéal pour les enfants. Nous sommes trés content de notre séjour à Guadamar !!!!!!!!!!!

Résidence calme avec une super piscine peu utilisée par les résidents qui préfère la mer à quelques mètres (plage de sable fin très propre). Nous étions 3 adultes et 3 ados et aucune gêne grâce aux 2 sdb. Le plus : 2 réfrigérateurs et la climatisation. Le moins : éclairage de la terrasse un peu faible. Coté extérieur : boulangerie à 300m et petits commerces à proximité...Bars et restaurants également proches avec une mention spéciale pour la paillote "Chilinguito" super sympa... A recommander à des amis qui recherchent un appartement super équipé dans un environnement paisible....

An appartment with a very good location
The appartment has the perfect location, just 3 min walking from the sandy beach, and the perfect view from the terrace! It was clean, with a perfect orientation (to East) and you will have sun just in the morning, up to the mid-day. The appartment is located 10 min walking from restaurants area, 20 min by car from Gandia Commercial Center (Carrefour). The terrace is perfect with its barbecue! you can buy fresh fish from nearby fish store or from Carrefour and you can cook on the barbecue. The handover of the key was done very easy. I gave just 4 stars as the appartment did have not a dishwasher. Otherwise it worths the money!
