"Die Unterkunft war die teuerste auf kuba, dafür auch am komfortabelsten. Der hauptgrund, warum ich diese Unterkunft gewählt habe ist, dass angegeben wird dass es free wifi gäbe, was nicht der Fall war. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht und kümmern sich gut !"

"Its one of my worst experience in cuba, the room advertised as a honeymoon suite is joke, its less the 100 square feet, no food or drinks available as advertised, the property is in poor condition the customer service is none existence, and daily power outedge between 6 to 8 hours every day..."

When the service is All Inclusive you can not finish the beer or anything else and not replace it. that is irresponsibility and bad administrative work.
