"This was my first time staying at a Socialtel since Selina folded. The experience was exactly like Selina - other than the branding it was exactly the same. Value for the price was good. Room and bedding was comfortable. Hygiene products were provided in the bathroom. The common spaces (lounges, coworking space, rooftop) were all really nice. "

"Accueil limite grossier, beaucoup de bruits : dans le couloir, dans le patio et ma chambre au rdc donnait sur le patio dans lequel les gens s’attardent le soir, j’ai même eu une fête d’anniversaire, et y parlent fort, salle d’eau limite. Du coup le prix devient presque trop chère."

"For starters, they cancelled one of my two reservations for no reason. They couldn’t give me an appropriate response, and my suspicion is that they did it on purpose to give my room to someone else. Additionally, the website says they offer parking and breakfast included which was rejected once I asked about it. The service was terrible and they did not made me feel comfortable nor welcomed. Would never stay here ever in my life "

"We had to move rooms when we first checked in because the bathroom smelled like the bottom of a sewer system. There was no way we could stay in there. We moved one room over and the smell was better, but not gone. The staff all seemed stoned the whole time, and were not very helpful. The hostel is pretty loud with people constantly in the main area, which is right below the rooms. The quiet hours did start at 11pm which were adhered to, so that was great. "It was an okay hostel. the shower did not have hot water and once they fixed it the ahower went cold again the next day. The food was good and the common area was relaxed. The most annoying thing was that they had their dogs running around and one of them was so loud and would not stop barking at night. This dog also would follow you and bark at you like a mad man making the whole experience terrible. Not a nice dog at all. Management needs to do something about this."

"Desepcionada, llegamos a la hora del check in y nos toco esperar 30 min a que llegue el dueño y nos atienda.
