Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Do not book here. They “do not use internet,” so they did not receive my “confirmed reservation.” I had traveled three hours to get to Guangzhou, just to be told I did not have somewhere to stay. I showed the lady at the desk my reservation and she simply told me “You do not have a room.” Did not offer any help or resolution or apologies. Terrible way to operate.
