"The staff were incredibly friendly. The good was very good. They provided transportation to and from the airport. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and about 40 minutes from the city of Quito (without traffic). There isn't much to do in the area of the hotel, but the hotel does have many things to do (pool, lawn games, pickleball etc)."

"The staff of this location are exceptional. There was delicious made to order breakfast every morning. We relied heavily on the front desk staff since we speak little Spanish. They recommended lunch spots, called us taxis, and helped at every opportunity. The hotel is older but very clean. The front door is locked at all times and the front desk buzz you in and out. This added security helped us to feel safe at all times. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a worry free stay. "
