El hotel está bien ubicado, para viajar en familia es pequeño, necesitas una habitación extra. Lleven lista una maleta pequeña con lo necesario para su estancia por que el carro queda lejísimos.

Estacionamiento y baños malos.
Mencionan que tienen convenio de estacionamiento en el que supuestamente te cobran 45 pesos, pero al final te cobran muchísimo mas porque el horario del estacionamiento "con el convenio" no coincide con el horario de check-in check-out; además de que queda lejos. Las puertas no cierran bien, el baño es muy pequeño y sin privacidad.

Me pareció que me otorgaron una habitación distinta a la de la fotografía. Eso lo puedo entender debido a que existen varias, pero deberían mostrar las fotos de la que personalmente te van a otorgar. Y al llegar al establecimiento me cobraron más dinero del que mencionaba en Expedia que debía pagar, no entendí bien por qué sin embargo lo tuve que pagar.

Buena ubicación, cuarto bonito con balcones a la calle. Sin embargo todo eso pesa menos en la balanza al publicase por Expedía y ser un establecimiento que no emite facturas, pero si te cobra los impuestos como cualquier otro hotel. De las instalaciones el baño, que presumen es de diseñador genera olores a drenaje, adicional que tal vez esté echo por un diseñador de cuerpo pequeño. Personas físicamente corpulentas no se pueden bañar, inicialmente no pueden ni entrar al baño. No lo recomiendo si necesitan comprobar gastos ante SAT y si eres una persona de tamaño mayor a 1.80 y pesa más de 90 kilos.

El lugar muy bonito y los baños muy originales. solo por la cuestión de que se nos cobro doble los impuestos a pesar de que en la pagina decía ya incluidos. porque ellos hacen su cobro en dólares. no incluye cosas básicas como jabón de baño.

My stay was ok. I was very upset to be charged for a nights stay. Upon arriving they said that they did not accept the payment made through this site and I would be refunded my money only to be charged in cash at the hotel. I showed the room was paid for and they did not accept that as payment even though my card was charged.

Even though the property is spectacularly located, the facilities leave alot to desire. The bathroom in the bedroom is way too small, felt like an RV bathroom, if you are a big guy I would not recommend it

Muy recomendable por la ubicación!!
En general es bueno. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer todo el centro de la cuidad. Lamentablemente (como la mayoría de los hoteles) no cuenta con estacionamiento propio. La habitación esta habilitada para hotel, porque el edificio esta catalogado, es decir no es una habitación de lujo, pero es bueno para pasar la noche y conocer muchos lugares de la cuidad.

El lugar es acogedor y súper céntrico, todo te queda a la mano. El detalle de que el baño es de "diseñador" es aceptable el único problema es que se tira agua afuera. Por todo lo demás el Hotel está perfecto para una noche de descanso.

Me gusto la ubicacion, a pesar del ruido del antro que esta enfrente, pues esa no es culpa del hotel, el ruido se aisla un poco, pero si es muy fuerte. Lo que no me gusto para nada es el baño, hace que huela mal el cuarto y no me dio confianza, esta muy desgastado y da mal aspecto.

Precio justo pero puede mejorar
Las habitaciones son grandes, el baño es portátil y por ende incómodo, ya que no se puede remodelar por cuestiones de sitios y ubicaciones históricos, del resto en general bien. Puntos extras al servicio del joven Francisco que se porto muy amable y siempre pendiente de nosotros. Ubicación privilegiada, a media esquina del teatro Juárez.

El hotel en general es muy bonito, por el tipo de construcción hay muchas escaleras un inconveniente para personas de edad avanzada o de capacidades diferentes. Excelente servicio. no tiene estacionamiento pero por un precio aparte te llevan tu carro a una pencion, como la ubicación del hotel es muy céntrica no ocupas tu vehiculo.
