"Nice place, nice views"

"While several things on the listing weren’t accurate (oven, lounge chairs for beach) the property manager addressed other issues…low water in pool/dirty and the beach chairs in a timely fashion. It’s 5 minute location near the Combate beach (a very nice beach!) was great. It’s a tad worn and the absence of salt and pepper or any spices (sugar as well) was a little strange. Overall a nice visit."

"Everything was great, the rooftop viewing area is being worked on which didn't diminish the beautiful view of the beach. Aguada was perfect for me, restaurants near by, a short drive to Rincón, Crash Boat Beach and my favorite, local bars and nice people. Milly, the cleaning person is the absolute best! She called to make sure I know about the tsunami warning we had, she actually cared though not part of her job I'm sure. I would definitely come back."

"THE COUCH IN THE LIVING ROOM WAS WICKER PATIO FURNITURE. THE PADDING WAS 3" AND FELT LIKE SITTING ON NOTHING. THE CUSHIONS WERE STAINED AND DID NOT EXTEND TO THE TOP OF THE THE BACK REST. IT WAS ALSO IN SECTIONS, SO IF YOU ATTEMPTED TO LAY DOWN IT WOULD SEPARATE. THE WORST BED BUG INFESTATION I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I HAD TO VISIT THE CLINIC IN MAYAGUEZ AFTER BEING BITTEN SO MANY TIMES BY DAY 2. I THOUGHT IT WAS MOSQUITOS OR EVEN ANTS BUT THE CLINIC CONFIRMED IT WAS BED BUGS. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS...

"Everything was great, views are beautiful and host is very responsive and attentive! My only issue was the electricity went out all day on New Year’s Eve and there was no generator or back up solars as per locals it’s a common problem in the island since Hurricane Maria. That was the only day that was a bit harsh for us, we ended up staying at family’s house that day because they had solars to accommodate for when the electricity goes. Other than that the home is very clean and well kept and...

"Everything you could possibly need is in the condo. The owner responds immediately to any texts or calls. The condo is situated in a place that makes it easy access to just about anywhere you want to go."

"Beautiful property and condo (balcony wow) pool grounds exceptional and beautiful beach with palm trees. It exceeded our expectations. The condo had luxury towels and bed linens. The king size beds were very comfortable. AC worked excellent in the bedrooms. I wish we had 2 sets of keys for convenience but that’s my only suggestion. Very safe. Highly recommend. Got to snorkel 40 yards right off the beach. We had an amazing family vacation here at this special condo. "

"If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Quiet community pool was nice. We started following cars parked and people walking from the beach. About a 2 mile walk to the most beautiful secluded beach I've ever been to. Close to a quaint little town with good restaurants (Annies) and another beautiful beach. The house was just what we needed for the 4 of us for a few nights as we were exploring the island over the week of our stay. "

"Delightful apartment in a terrific location. Two minute walk to the ocean, and a short drive to popular beaches. Refreshing to be away from the fray, but close to some great dining spots and wonderful day trips to historic and scenic vistas."
