"We were 7 adults all over 50 years old. There were ample bedrooms and baths. We used the villa primarily as a base to get out and see Umbria, e.g., Todi, Spoleto, Spello, Assisi, Montefalco, Orvieto. The villa is much too nice just to be used as a base, it has great views on a large, beautiful property with many sitting and lying possibilities. Gian is the best host possible, always ready to assist, advise, recommend, AND available. A great place and a wonderful host."

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa in 16 persone (quattro famiglie ) e si è rivelata comodissima sia per le camere che per i quattro bagni a disposizione che hanno consentito un'ottima divisione degli spazi. "This house is not a "normal" house but with a lot of different rooms. Filled with nice arts and decorated with some old furniture. Real characteristic Italian house. Nice garden with different places to seat. The only comment what I can give is the small kitchen. The garden and the swimming pool is maintained daily. We stayed here with 6 adults ad 4 children. Nice place to be."
