"This is an excellent hotel situated in a quiet vineyard setting, conveniently located near many fine wineries, both along the Russian River AVA on Westside Road and the Dry Creek area. Also, the notable Healdsburg restaurants are close by. The hotel itself offers rooms with fireplaces, most welcome during our chilly January wine country trip, and is quiet, comfortable, and nicely updated. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended!"

"Our room was beautiful, and clean. The view of the ocean was perfect. What made this stay that much better was how kind and welcoming the woman at the front desk was. From sharing her recommendations on the bath bombs they sell there, providing a good spread for breakfast the following morning to pointers on where to eat and visit for the rest of our trip. This is a place we see ourselves coming back to time and time again! You will not be disappointed staying here. "

"We had a lovely weekend in Gualala, and the property was in a perfect location. Reception was warm and welcoming, and our room was cozy with the fireplace. There was not much for amenities, but all we really wanted was an affordable room with an ocean view. This was it, including an elephant seal we could see on the beach from our window!"
