"Great villa, 7 adults in 4 bedrooms. Bathrooms could do with bath mats, anti slip mat as you need to get in the bath for a shower, I did actually slip, we had to use tea towels in the bath and on the floor. One of the shower heads had lime scale so just a trickle. Could do with toilet roll holders. No extra towels or bed linen, one of the double bedrooms had no wardrobe or drawers, not great for a 2 week stay. The accommodation was just perfect for us - spacious, clean, containing everything we needed, swimming pool, sun loungers/lilo, bbq, washing machine, choice of outside eating areas and plenty of private secluded secure space for our 2yr old to run around in. "Large apart-hotel by the beach, 15 minutes scenic walk on the promenade to Nerja. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a balcony and beautiful views. "Excellent from start to finish. Stayed for one night although we have stayed before. Beautiful location, hotel, grounds, staff and restaurant. Mentioned at check in it was my wifes birthday. We went for a walk and when we came back there was a bottle of Cava in the bedroom, also when we went for our evening meal they came out with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday. Lovely staff and we had a really lovely time, would thoroughly recommend."

"What a great location. Easy access and friendly staff plus large rooms, great pressure from the shower, clean, and just steps away from overlooking the Mediterranean. What more could you ask for?! I did bring a car and there is a public parking lot couple hundred feet away where you can roll your luggage over to the hotel fairly easily. Street parking might be difficult, but it is available if you’re willing to hunt for one. Our room had a small step out balcony that overlook the pedestrian street leading to the Balcón Europa. There are people that are obviously walking back-and-forth so if absolute quiet is what you’re looking for, then perhaps ask for a room off of that main pedestrian area, but even with the windows closed, it was hardly noticeable. We would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Nerja. "

A Lovely stay at the Rui Monica

"I had a lovely 2 week stay at Rui Monica. The staff were very friendly , Food delicious lots of choice, very good entertainment in the evenings. So easy to get to the beach front from Hotel. I had a little accident were I fell and the staff were amazing so kind, caring and helpful. Antonio the manager was lovely. Thank you all for your kindness and help."
