"Our recent stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my visit - attentive, professional, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond by offering fantastic local recommendations that led us to some hidden gems we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. When we checked out, they graciously held our luggage while we spent the afternoon at the mall, which was incredibly convenient. The room was wonderfully quiet, allowing for peaceful nights of rest without any disturbances from hallway or street noise. The location is convenient, close to the Porto Alegre airport and shopping malls. The coffee and breakfast was very delicious and worth the small extra cost. While the bathroom was generally clean, I did notice some mildew in the shower area that could use attention. However, this minor issue was overshadowed by the overall cleanliness of the room and the excellence of everything else. The comfortable bed, well-maintained facilities, and pleasant atmosphere made for a highly enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future."

"The food at the in house restaurant was surprisingly good, a good assortment at the complimentary breakfast but it was the staff working there who were outstanding!!! The price of the accommodations does not reflect the value. We stayed for 12 nights and will gladly return on our next visit to Port Alegre."

"Hotel confortável, devido o quarto ser amplo e com piso laminado. Chuveiro bom e limpeza boa do quarto. Única coisa é o cheiro de mofo que tem nos corredores do Hotel, por ser ainda de carpete. Acho que deveriam trocar para não ficar com este cheiro. Recomendo o Hotel para quem está de passagem pela cidade, ótimo custo benefício."
