The rooms have no windows, so it was moist. The AC won’t work and the floors are sticky. The bathroom was dirty and rusted. The elderly man at the reception(perhaps the owner) was arrogant, acting overly smart and unaccommodating. I’m unsure who lives in such a place and rates it 5, especially where there’s mold over your head. Also, Expedia shows free breakfast, but there’s none, you’d pay about 160 peso. Room 306

The good thing about this hotel is the location. It's close to many sites of attraction, shops and restaurants. I didn't really like the breakfast, the room was clean, but the pillows are almost hard as a rock.

Great and clean place to stay. The Wi-Fi was hit and miss but I was out and about all day. The area is really pretty and historic. Careful at night tho. Over all I’d come back.

The stay was great except for the message I got before the trip that looked like a came from the hotel asking for payment through a Banamex account. I did not send said payment and everything was fine. But someone is definitely trying to scam people on this way. Also, the tub in one of the three rooms was old and stained and to high to safely get in and out of.

The staff was great except for two, i gave them 5 stars for this but the concierge and parking garage person i had to deal with were horrible. What i liked was that shopping and places to visit were within walking distance. The rooms were nice but the towels were old, the linen was stained. I want to thank the staff that was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

The hotel, for what they charge serves its purpose. The hotel staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They warn you about walking around at night. Not too safe so that was nice of them. The TV never worked, which sucked, and i was promised a view but i got a view of the adjacent building. Other than that it was okay.

The location of this place is incredible. Close to all the centro plazas and so many museums and markets. We loved being able to go back and forth from the hotel to the nearby attractions. The rooftop terrace and pool were really nice and we spent a particularly hot afternoon cooling off there. Our A/C unit was loud and the sheets often had spots on them - but it felt like a "you get what you pay for" situation. All the staff was very friendly, though most didn't speak English. We liked having a doorman there, especially since we got in very early in the morning. Overall, a very solid option in this budget range!
