It is hard to find a good bathtub in Mexico except at the really expensive resorts. Our room had a fantastic bath and this was our second stay The staff is wonderful and very helpful too.
We wanted to see guadalajara, turned out i booked this hotel for four nights instead of three..
The front desk people are very nice. A small pool that can take care of your long day touring. No food in this hotel but the area has a lot of good food options for breakfast, lunch and dinners.
Loved our stay
Lovely experience. Great bed with a lovely view. Kindness and guidance as we stumbled through with our limited Spanish. Treated with welcome and super hospitality.
Wonderful stay so we added an extra night!! They even accommodated our food intolerances for breakfast. The bed was super comfy and cozy!!!

Disliked: Staff & service
Terrible experience.
Had to switch rooms 3 times (on a 2 night stay)
On the last day of my stay I came back to the hotel and the entrance was locked, I rang the bell, called the hotel several times and no one would answer the phone or open the door. I literally had to jump the fence (otherwise I would miss my trip back home)
The receptionist didn’t even apologize nor was he helpful he just sat behind the desk saying he never heard the bell or the phone rang.
Truly bad experience.
Only issue was check-in took about half an hour. Otherwise everything was perfect. Quiet and small with nice pool area patio. In an area with lots of great restaurants.
I received a great welcoming by the manager Alicia, but the staff were not helpful at all and they didn't even try to hide it. Manuel was exceptionally rude, lazy and unapologetic, he wouldn't even help around, I even sensed an attitude. They need to hire more people with good customer service skills, with desire to work and if they are bilingual like Alicia is a plus. The room I got was cozy, and the bed was absolutely one of the best beds I haven ever slept but both bed and the floor had hair all over. They had great AC, and a good cable provider however WiFi was spotty and it worked sometimes. The air freshener in the entire hotel was nice and their patio was super nice and chill, the pool is small and probably the only thing missing here is a fitness room. Great location and I would love to come back but I hope I get assisted again by the manager.
Reservation for 2 females for 1 night. We had rm # 5 on the same floor as lobby (20 steps) away from the front desk.
-Around 6:15 am I'm awoken by a noise (later determine it was the door to our rm opening). I open my eyes and it's pitch dark and the next second the lights come on and a man is standing in our room! The next second the lights turn off and I hear the door close. I was in shock and trying to figure out if that had just happened. I spoke up and my aunt jumped up because she also heard the noise but thought it was me looking for something in the room. The moment she realized I was laying down next to her she freaked. While we are going thru this, we can hear people out in the lobby and then lots of laughter. My aunt walked out and saw that there was a group of 4 ppl out in the lobby checking in. The front desk rep actually assigned our room to one of those guests and gave them a key to our room. This hotel only has 17 rooms! My aunt voiced her concern and the rep only said that “it was early, and he didn’t know where his head was”! When we checked out in the morning, I complained to the front desk rep and she apologized, took my details (only after I emphasized how scary the experience was), and said she would have her manager call us. I checked in 7/31, it happened 8/1 at 6am, and still no call. Not only did this front desk rep make a mistake that could have had very serious consequences, he laughed about it too! The hotel has not apologized. Ridiculous.

The staff was super helpful. Freda (I think was the name of the afternoon/evening desk manager) and Paola helped us with a sensitive package that we were expecting via UPS. Paola kept checking online for its status. Very accommodating. Stored our refrigerated food. Felt like family.
The overall experience was great. I think the only thing that could make it more confortable would be to add different pillows. In my opinion the pillows were small. Other than that, it was great. The staff at the hotel was very professional and very attentive. The hotel is located in a great area, so there is a lot of dinning options near by. Even though the hotel is a bit small, its very cozy and welcoming.
