"The hotel was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with a courteous and helpful staff and a wonderful spa. While spa services were not included in the price, this was not a significant issue due to the relatively low number of guests. The restaurant food was satisfactory, though not outstanding."

I was in one of those rooms. That meant i was woken up numerous times during late evening and night by people playing and being loud. I had called reception twice and after nearly an hour they had asked particularly loud group to move but after thst i gave up calling every time someone was loud. No other room was offered to...

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."
