"Convenient location to Waterloo/Cedar Falls. Nice alternative to hotel. We visited family in nearby Cedar Falls, went to local parks, the Cedar Valley Arboretum and the Dubuque area. Host was always available when we had questions. "

"Our family enjoyed this cute old house as we were in town for a wedding. It was close to the venue and the state park where more family camped. We liked walking the neighborhood and so appreciated a well stocked home!!"

"Unfortunately, our experience was not as expected, and I believe it's important to address these issues for future reference. We were very disappointed with several aspects of the property. The hot tub was drained right before our arrival, the grass was soaked, and the sidewalk was wet, making it unusable. Additionally, despite the advertisement indicating we could use the garage door opener, we did not have access to it. The garbage can was overflowing upon our arrival, leaving us with nowhere...

"The property was nice but not as clean as normal. It’s a new build so maybe debris is coming through the vents but the stairs were dirty. When I lifted the bedspread there was a couple pieces of plaster type debris in the bed. Other than that- a very nice place to stay- beds were comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was nice. "
