"This space is so lovely and comfortable Doug & Martha have an eye for design a mind for detail. They know how to make a visitor feel comfortable and welcome in their space. "I loved everything about the place , staff was excellent. Casino across the street was nice. The only thing i wasn't happy about was the Tuscany restaurant wasn't open every day, so dinner buffet wasn't that great, especially the money we paid to stay thete. Stoll we enjoyed ourselves. happy "

"The only reason this resort gets a good versus great is due to very slow restaurant service and a mediocre food at one of their restaurants (Beauregard’s on the beach). The other restaurants in the resort had slower service as well, but the food and drinks were wonderful! If we hadn’t gone to Beautegard’s then this would be 5 stars. "The property is gorgeous and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. We were so busy exploring the island that we did not get the chance to venture to the pool or beach. Dining options in the area are rather limited after 8pm, but do not let that deter you from staying here! Would definitely stay here again!"

"The property has tremendous potential but needs updating and a coat of paint. Everyone was really nice and the ride across the water was short and smooth. Fortunately repairs were underway and hopefully the next time we go it will be in much better condition. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Palms. Great location. They had nightly entertainment by the pool/bar area. The rooms were separated from that area so they were nice and quiet. Rooms were clean but need a slight update - perfect for a beach getaway. The AC in our room rocked! Staff was helpful and attentive. Compliments to the chef!"

"Checking in was easy. Staff was very friendly. My only issue was that we were put on the second floor and there were rooms available on the first floor. There are no elevators so climbing stairs with luggage was a bit challenging. But this hotel, I would definitely recommend it to everyone. "

"Grapetree rooms have been updated and are very clean, comfy bed and great air conditioner !Staff is nice and food is very good! It’s quiet and has a big bar overlooking the ocean ! It’s on a small beach but not a swimmable one .Pool is big and warm . It’s open all the time which is awesome! It’s more of a resort for the older crowd and couples because it’s out quite far , which we loved! Make sure you have a car to go into town and visit the great beaches! We loved our stay here !!! "

"Bed was comfortable and the suite was very roomy. The restaurant was not very welcoming and it seemed like it was a bother so I ate elsewhere except for my final evening. I witnessed the same happen to another couple. Definitely good potential but improvements need to be made. "

"Nice and quiet at the condo. Didn't have functioning showerheads in the bathrooms, though. Hot water, no showerhead pressure. Expedia and Vrbo should also mention to potential customers to rent a car and get some food & drink to bring. None on site & delivery won't deliver there. Will definitely go again, though."
