"This was a magnificent place! Beautiful. Hosts are a wonderful family that invited us into their home. Amazing pool. Make sure to enter from the city. Google took us the long way in on a very tight, windy road. Avoid that. "

"This apartment is a great home base if you want to visit all the neighboring towns such as Bomarzo, Orvieto or Bagnoregio. It's inside the walled city of Viterbo, which feels like something straight out of Game of Thrones! Our host, Paola, was wonderful and welcoming and met us at the apartment. "This apartment was a nice place to stay outside Orvieto. Despite not being up on the hill inside the old town, it was only about a 15 minute walk to and from town. The owners did a really nice job renovating the place. Everything is brand new, very spacious, and very clean. The owner communicated promptly and even helped us find a taxi to the train station when no one else could. We would stay here again."

"The pool area is exactly like the picture. A real oasis. This house is for those who like originality. Its layout is unusual and the deco is superbly personal. So many touches that made us smile and feel happy. The house was delightful - very comfy, two big lovely double bedrooms (one very private), a small twin room very private, lots of little areas to sit down and read a book. The downstairs kitchen is a bit dark and damp so not a space we used. You have to be willing to walk down to the pool...

"The house is perfect. We loved the whole place; cooked several meals, went swimming and did laundry. We (four 70 year olds) enjoyed spending a week here, traveling to Orvieto a few days, Todi and a few other sights. Very responsIve hosts and a great week in Umbria!"

It is in a very good location - you could access many great cities in less than 1 hour: Roma, Orvieto, Narni. The area is very green with nice view from the hill. "Thank you Manuela and Martin for all your advice and assistance. We had a great time! The property itself has all the facilities and is located in beautiful surroundings. It's certainly "off the beaten track" but benefits from the very peaceful environment. We took your advice about the local attractions and made some real discoveries - there's lots to see in the area! "We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."

La casa bella e grande, molto curata e ben attrezzata, in posizione tranquilla in mezzo ad uno splendido noccioleto. La padrona di casa gentilissima e disponibile, molto discreta. Piscina di medie dimensioni ben tenuta. Spazio all'aperto per mangiare insieme e riposare all'ombra. Abbiamo veramente goduto una bella vacanza e pensiamo di ritornare!"

"We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Huizen zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Airco’s maakten het zeer aangenaam. Het zwembad was heerlijk en het uitzicht echt adembenemend. Het ligt in een rustige omgeving, dus je moet wel rekening houden met lang rijden naar winkels of een leuke plaats in de omgeving. "
