"Corte della Maestà is the most incredible and unique place in Italy where we have stayed. Absolutely amazing gardens, stellar first class accommodations in a 1200 year old building. "Very much enjoyed our stay in Orvieto. Affittacamere Valentina is right in the centre of the old town, close to all. When we arrived, Luis at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The room was perfect! Very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend!"

"Very stylish, modern, well equipped apartment. Close to everything. Bed is okay, had a relaxing sleep. Good size bathroom with toilet. Staff who came to clean daily was very helpful, supportive, kind. Parking on the street in from of the building. "

"Great place to stay in between to Tuscan towns. The Saturnia Hot Springs were beautiful and free to visit. Pitigliano was a must see. Hotel is a 3 room place and the owners were excellent and very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely suggest the place."

"Very hard to find (had to be escorted by a local), no one there. We assumed it was a B&B. Actually, it is merely rooms and breakfast in a basement. No one lives on the premises. We arrived on a Monday, and the nearby town was closed. No dinner in sight. Very lonely and not particularly unique. One positive is the price. Lowest we paid in Italy. If you need a stop-over in Tuscany or Lazio, okay, but don't go out of your way."

"Wonderful stay. Very spacious villa and secluded. Good location for visiting local interesting towns. Plenty of shade outside and well stocked inside . Loved the view from the pool area and nice grounds with fig and olive trees."

"I made a reservation with the information that it was 14km away from Saturnia at the time of booking, and the Resort and Saturni were 35km. Also, the mattress of the bed felt a spring in my body and could not sleep easily. When I got out, I could not clean my room."

"Was a lovely attic apartment with many stairs to get up-66. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were sad there were no coffee pods for coffee, but everything else was great."

"This place exceeded our expectations! The location is superb—right in the heart of the historical district, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. "This is a hidden gem that I highly recommend if you love breathtaking vistas, history, and wonderful service and exceptional hospitality. Went out of their way to be accommodating and thoroughly enjoyed the geothermal heated pool overlooking the valley. Spa services available onsite as well. Jacuzzi, massage and IR sauna. I came upon this out of last minute necessity and plan return trip there on my next visit. "

"Very satisfied with this choice of hotel in Oriveto. We arrived in the evening after 9 PM. No Uber or Taxi service. we contacted the Hotel and they immediately located a driver who whisked up to this lovely property which is 5 minutes to the Square and less than 10 to the Duomo. No hesitation recommending this hotel which is just as it appears in photos and is good value. "
