"This is a very tranquil place to stay, nestled in beautiful hills with some very pleasant nearby towns--in particular, Sicignano degli Alburi. We attended a large family reunion in Sicignano, and Mariangela, our hostess at La Tavernola, was very accommodating, allowing a small family photo exhibit on the premises, while also catering a delicious snack ("an evening under the stars") to finish up the weekend. "My wife and I stayed here after a very long flight filled with cancellations and delays. We needed a place to rest and recharge. The hotel is beautiful and well kept, the staff were courtesy and accommodating. Our room was small but clean and had everything we needed . The pool area was beautiful with a nice little bar. Overall is was a great stay for a few days and would definitely recommend for a few days."
