Un Plauso a Laura per la pazienza e la disponibilitá (ci ha consigliato molti posti in cui si mangia tipico e benissimo) Solange carinissima e disponibilissima Stanze pulite e confortevoli... L'unica pecca sono state alcune persone che alloggiavano nell'albergo, irrispettose nei confronti degli altri e nonostante tutto Laura e Solange sono state molto pazienti.... Siamo appena rientrati dal nostro soggiorno al Miramare ed è doveroso lasciare belle parole per i proprietari della struttura. Abbiamo trovato una confortevole accoglienza e tanta disponibilità da parte degli albergatori. Sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili. Eravamo accompagnati da Redis il nostro cane che è stato accolto con affetto e riguardo. Il b&b si trova adiacente alla parte alta del paese che è tra i borghi più belli d'Italia, un gioiello da visitare. Si raggiunge il lungomare in auto in soli 3minuti ma sicuramente facendone 10 a piedi si gode di un bel panorama senza preoccuparsi di dover parcheggiare. Grazie.

Soluzione molto comoda per un soggiorno breve, parcheggio gratis in loco e utile la fermata dell’autobus vicino alla struttura. Pulizia della stanza ottima, staff cordiale e gentile nell’accoglierti in struttura e consigliarti qualche posticino carino da visitare. Posto consigliato per chi, come me, non ha troppe pretese per un weekend di relax.

Regalatevi una coccola! Pulito, profumato, in ordine e confortevole. Una vacanza che ci ha riempito il cuore, oltre che per la bellezza del posto, soprattutto grazie alla bellezza umana di Laura, Solange e il resto dello staff. Un “Buongiorno!” col sorriso e una chiacchierata durante la buonissima colazione preparata da loro con prodotti artigianali e un “Ben tornato/a” dopo una giornata passata fuori dalla struttura, regalano quella sensazione di calore e famiglia che non trovi in altre strutture, magari con più stelle. Raccomandatissimo!

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni in questa struttura, che abbiamo scelto senza troppe pretese, per la posizione molto comoda poiché non abbiamo mai usato l'auto per raggiungere il mare ed il centro. Si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla e silenziosa, il personale è disponibile e cordiale.

Camera con servizio un po' datate, però discreta e pulita, personale gentile e attento all' esigenza del cliente, situato in posizione rialzata con splendida vista mare, a due passi da centro storico e poco distante dal mare, lontani quanto basta dalla ferrovia che non disturba il sonno! Se dovessimo tornare a Grottammare,sicuramente prenoterei di nuovo qui!!
