"１１月に３泊しました。最高のロケーション 、新しくてキレイ。ベッドも良質でした。 アルテマイスターもレジデンス城も歩いて行けます。同建物の1階にスーパーあり食材に困らない。モールビルもトラム駅も向かい、歩いて１分とかからない。空調、シャワーも快適。商業地区の真ん中ですが、非常に静かでした。 現地で受発信できるスマホは必須。英語設定で使っていますが、ドイツ語、英語ができれば何も困らないでしょう。（日本語しかわからないとエントランス、入室のセキュリティで難渋するかも）食器、ネスプレッソ、トースター、湯沸かし、電磁調理器、オーブンあり。ただし電子レンジはありませんでした。また来ることがあればリピートしたいです。"

"2回目の滞在。部屋は質素そのものだが必要十分であり、他と比べると料金も納得。室内にキッチンがあり、地下室には洗濯機もあるので2週間の滞在に最適だと思い選択した。現地スタッフはおらず、すべてオンラインでのやり取りだったが、特に支障はなかった。地下の洗濯機室の鍵をリクエストしておくと良い。 今回に限ってだと思うが、建物入口ドアのオートロックが故障(素通り)。エレベーターが2度故障(ただし翌日には復旧)。ドイツならではな感じで、この程度の不自由を楽しめるくらいのゆとりが持てると良い。"

"This was located in a superb spot in Dresden. The host was really kind and accommodating. They met us upon our arrival to go over the house rules and show us the features of the apartment. We stayed with our 80kg Great Dane and 3 children. There were basically 6 people staying here and there was PLENTY of room. I highly recommend staying at this location."

"We enjoyed our stay. Bus connections were excellent. We arrived by train and the hosts kindly gave us directions to the overpass to get our bus. The unit was clean and bright with coffee and a few odds and ends. The view from the bedroom was very nice. I would say it was on the third floor.
