"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "very nice hotel, beautiful view on the Alps, very reasonable. The restaurant is closed on wednesday, so it is wise to call ahead to make sure the door is open for you in case you arrive at odd hours. We have to share bath room and shower, but it is very clean."
