"Die Wohnung ist groß und hell, die Küche+Esszimmer mit viel Sonnenschein. Es gibt auch einen kleinen, aber netten Balkon, der zum Schlafzimmer gehört und beide schauen nach hinten, auf Gärten und Bäume. Alles ist gut eingerichtet. Die Heizung funktioniert prima. Der Besitzer wohnt daneben und ist immer hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist gut: nicht weit von der Kiellinie einerseits, andererseits von den Geschäften. Nachteil für Ältere: nur Treppe zum 2. Stock, kein Aufzug. Hoffentlich...

"Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man/frau braucht. Der Vermieter ist bei Fragen direkt telefonisch erreichbar. Bis zur City läuft man ca. 20 Minuten, ein Imbiss ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. "

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem großzügigen Haus sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation war unproblematisch und der Zugang via Schlüsselbox kein Problem. Einzig die Lkw und Traktoren, die am Dorfplatz vorbeifuhren, waren bei offenem Fenster gut zu hören. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war das aber kein Problem. Von Vorteil war auch die zentrale Lage. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung von uns."
