Appartamento Delfino

The Apartment Delfino is a beautiful flat located in the quiet Sporting Club Rio Grande residence, just two kilometers from the golden beaches of Principina Mare , which can be reached via a convenient bike path that runs alongside the beautiful pine forest.

It is located on the first floor and is spread over two levels.

The entrance leads to a spacious dining room furnished with a nice dining table, a sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette with all comforts (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, small appliances ...) and where a large French door (protected by a mosquito net) leads to a large furnished terrace .
Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and, in a secluded corner, the laundry room with the washing machine.

An easy staircase leads to the upper floor where, in the large room, you find a comfortable sofa bed and in a separate room another bedroom with a bunk bed as well as a second bathroom with shower.

From the room on the second floor you have access to a large shaded roof terrace where you can relax in the cool of the beautiful summer evenings. On the terrace there is also a barbecue available for great grill evenings .

The peculiarity of this apartment is the utmost attention to furnishings and decoration details.
Every detail is studied with care and great taste to offer guests a welcoming place where they can find everything they need for a carefree holiday: air conditioning , Wi-Fi , for those with children, some children games, a camping cot and a high chair...
