"The apartments are in the green countryside in the area north of the city of Grosseto, along the Via Senese corner of Via Del
Commendone.
The complex is fully fenced with access via electric gates to control alphanumeric. Outside the parking areas is allowed only pedestrian traffic to avoid noise pollution and dangers to children.

Each apartment is equipped with external insulation, low-emissivity glass and air conditioning system for snug fit
living to our guests. "

occasioni perdute
all'interno di un parco curato l'appartamento è minimale, benchè nuovo e pulito. la porta d'ingresso è l'unica fonte di luce ed aria della prima stanza, ma tenendola aperta si vive di fatto per strada. sul retro c'è uno spazio comune, fortunatamente poco frequentato nel periodo del nostro soggiorno, altrimenti anche lì privacy zero. il dato più rilevante è la strada provinciale a duecento metri con traffico ininterrotto notte e giorno. nonostante la sollecita presenza delle addette al ricevimento nell'appartamento manca totalmente qualunque segno di accoglienza, da un minimo di materiale turistico a qualunque genere di prima necessità. rispetto all'accoglienza media di qualunque struttura europea, purtroppo, un'altra occasione perduta.
